Ordering
How do I place an online order?
Once you have added an item to your Shopping Cart, you may start the checkout process by selecting "Checkout" at the bottom right of your screen.

Can I place an international order?
We cannot currently accept orders from countries other than Canada.

How will I know that my order has been processed and how can I track its status?
Once you have submitted your order, you will receive an order confirmation email from inVU Drapery Co. within two business days (Monday to Friday) to verify that your order has been received and is ready for shipment. This email will contain a U.P.S. tracking code and a link to the U.P.S. website where you can track the status of your order.

Will inVU Drapery Co. let me know if something I have ordered is out of stock?
Item(s) requested that are in stock, will be shipped at the time your order is received. Item(s) that are temporarily out of stock, will be shipped when they become available. You will be sent an email from inVU Drapery Co. notifying you of any item(s) that are out of stock within 48 hours of your order being received. Should you wish to revise your order, you can do so at this time. Please note: We do not ship partial orders. All orders will be shipped complete. Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be modified. Your credit card will not be charged for any out of stock item(s) until they are shipped.

Can I add or remove items from my order once it is submitted?
Once your order has been placed, it cannot be modified. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you will have the option of returning it by a courier service of your choice or to one of our store locations in Ontario, Canada. What if my total online order amount is over $2,000.00?
If your total online order amount is over $2,000.00, you may receive a phone call from one of our customer service representatives to verify your credit card, contact, shipping, and billing information.


Payment
What method of payment can I use to shop online?
For your convenience, inVU Drapery Co. accepts VISA and MasterCard. We do not accept cheques, cash, or credit vouchers.

The shipping / billing address you provide must be a valid Canadian address and must be the same address that is on your credit card. Your phone number and email address are also required in case one of our customer service representatives needs to contact you about your order.

Please note that all our advertised prices are in Canadian dollars.

Will I be charged sales tax on my online order?
We charge sales tax at invudraperyco.com just like we do in our stores. If we do not have a store in your province or territory, only GST will be charged. Shipping charges are also subject to sales taxes.

When will I be charged?
Your credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped. Expect this to occur within two business days (Monday to Friday) of your order being placed.

Is it safe to shop on www.invudraperyco.com with a credit card?
inVU Drapery Co. is very proud to offer our customers a fully secure shopping environment. Your credit card information will not be retained once you make a purchase on our website. In the case of credit card transactions, we do this by using an industry-standard encryption protocol known as Secure Socket Layer (SSL) by VeriSign to keep all of your order, billing, and shipping information secure. In addition, we take strong measures to protect all customer data against unauthorized access, loss, and theft. We ensure that your information is protected and safe to the best of our ability by utilizing various safeguard protocols.

Are items online the same price as in-store?
While merchandise offered online at www.invudraperyco.com will usually be priced the same as merchandise offered in stores, in some cases, inVU Drapery Co.'s stores may have different prices or promotional events at different times. All online and in-store merchandise is priced in Canadian dollars.


Shipping & Delivery
Where does inVU Drapery Co. ship to?
We ship to all provinces and territories across Canada. We do not ship to the U.S. at this time. The shipping / billing address provided must be a valid Canadian address.

What shipping methods are available for me to use for online purchasing?
We offer our customers two methods of shipping: Express Saver shipping and Standard shipping.

Orders are shipped within two business days (Monday to Friday) of the day you place your order. Express Saver shipping orders will be delivered within 3 business days of your order being placed within most metropolitan areas. Orders that are sent by Standard shipping will be delivered within 4-8 business days of your order being placed within most metropolitan areas. How will my purchase be delivered when I order online?
Your purchase will be delivered by U.P.S. courier service when you order online.

How are the shipping rates calculated for online purchases?
Our shipping rates are based on U.P.S. shipping fees. The shipping rates are calculated automatically upon the "Checkout" step in the online shopping process.

What days of the week are online orders shipped on?
Our online orders are shipped Monday to Friday. We do not ship on statutory holidays or weekends.

How will I know when my online order is shipped and how can I track my order?
Once you have submitted your order, you will receive an order confirmation email from inVU Drapery Co. within two business days (Monday to Friday) to verify that your order has been received and is ready for shipment. Exchanges and Returns
What is inVU Drapery Co.'s exchange and return policy for online purchases?
We realize the importance of providing our customers with the highest level of service in our industry. We aim to be the first in style, quality, and service. All inVU Drapery Co.'s merchandise is inspected by hand before shipping. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, inVU Drapery Co. offers its customers the option of exchanging or returning most of its merchandise purchased online provided the conditions below are met.

The factory sealed packaging of hardware must be left unopened in order to exchange or return it. Fabric swatch samples and drapery panels that are 120" long are final sale items and cannot be exchanged or returned.

Exchanges or returns can be made up to 30 days from the date your merchandise is shipped. Please refer to your packing slip for the shipping date. The return time frame is calculated from the day the product is released for delivery from inVU Drapery Co. to the day the product is returned to our E-Commerce Return Site or to one of our stores. Only product shipped within Ontario can be exchanged or returned to one of our stores. Click here for Store Locator. This time frame applies to all destinations across Canada.

Can I exchange or return Ready-made drapes, hardware, and fabric swatch samples purchased online?
All unused Ready-made drapes and hardware ordered online that are shipped outside of Ontario can only be exchanged or returned through inVU Drapery Co.'s website. Ready-made drapes and hardware shipped within Ontario can be exchanged or returned both through inVU Drapery Co.'s website and to any of our stores. Click here for Store Locator. One of inVU Drapery Co.'s sales consultants will be pleased to assist you in exchanging or returning your online purchase. See below for details.

How do I complete an online exchange or return by courier?
When making an exchange or return, all items must be in like-new condition and sent in their original packaging, with the original order confirmation and packing slip enclosed. Please indicate on the packing slip whether you wish to make an exchange or a return and what item you are exchanging or returning. You must specify the product's name, description, size, colour, quantity, and price. If you would like to make an exchange, please specify the new product(s) you would like to purchase. Please also state the reason why you are exchanging or returning the merchandise. You will now need to select a shipping method to send your package back to inVU Drapery Co.'s E-commerce Returns Department. inVU Drapery Co. recommends, although is not responsible for, the services provided by the following shipping companies: U.P.S., Fed Ex, Purolator, and Canada Post. All returns must be sent via a traceable and prepaid method. It is important to make sure that your package is insured. Once you have shipped, please email us at e-comm@invudraperyco.com or call our E-commerce support number at 1-866-572-2472 to inform one of our representatives that you wish to make an exchange or return. You will be asked to provide your name, address, phone number, and email address. You will also need to advise our representative of your return shipping method and provide your tracking code. One of inVU Drapery Co.'s customer service representatives will send you a follow-up email confirming your contact information, shipping method, and tracking code. Once your package has been successfully received, and the returned merchandise has been examined, we will call you to request your credit card information. We will then promptly process the exchange or refund, inclusive of taxes, as you instruct, refunding the same credit card that was used to make the original purchase. Any returned merchandise that has components missing or has been used or damaged will not be refunded. Please note that all orders will be refunded in Canadian dollars.

Can I exchange or return my package purchased online using any courier service?
Any courier service can be used when returning merchandise, provided the return is sent via a traceable and prepaid method. This is to ensure that the merchandise is not lost or damaged in the mail, returned on time, and that both sender and receiver are able to track the status of their packages.

How much will it cost me to make an exchange or return for an online purchase?
The only costs that are associated with making an exchange or return are the shipping and insurance costs. These costs are the responsibility of the customer and are determined on an individual basis, depending on what shipping company is used. inVU Drapery Co. recommends, although is not responsible for, the services provided by the following shipping companies: U.P.S., Fed Ex, Purolator, and Canada Post. Please note that all shipping charges are non-refundable.

How long do I have to make an online exchange or return?

Merchandise that is purchased at one of our inVU Drapery Co. stores may only be exchanged or returned at one of inVU Drapery Co.'s store locations. The inVU Drapery Co.'s E-Commerce Returns Department is unable to process a store exchange or return.

How do I exchange or return an online purchase to one of inVU Drapery Co.'s stores?
To exchange or return merchandise purchased from our website to one of our stores, please make sure all items are in like-new condition and are still in their original packaging. Please remember to bring your original order confirmation, packing slip, the credit card used to make the online purchase, and a piece of valid photo identification. All refunds must be made to the same credit card that was used to make the original purchase.

When I exchange or return merchandise that I purchased online to one of inVU Drapery Co.'s stores, will I get my initial shipping charges back?
All shipping charges are non-refundable. Once you have agreed to shipping charges, when purchasing merchandise through the inVU Drapery Co.'s website, then those charges are final and cannot be refunded at a later date when making an online or in-store return.

Colour Policy
inVU Drapery Co. uses colour as accurately as possible to depict a realistic image of the merchandise shown on www.invudraperyco.com; however, because the colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be an exact representation. We suggest ordering fabric swatches ahead of purchasing your drapery panels so that you can try out samples of our fabric in your space and make an educated purchasing decision.

Misprint Policy
We do our best to provide you with the most up-to-date and accurate information on www.invudraperyco.com. In the event that an error or an inaccuracy does occur, we reserve the right to correct or cancel an order at any time, and / or edit an order to reflect the correction, and /or correct the error on our web site. Please note that such errors, inaccuracies, or omissions may relate to product description, pricing and availability. If your order has been edited or canceled, we will notify you of the changes as soon as they are made. We revise the inVU Drapery Co. website on a regular basis to make sure all information is current and complete.
